Every culinary moment of enjoyment at Hotel Kiendl arises from the interaction between the creativity of our cuisine and the ingredients from the diverse nature that surrounds us.
Various types of bread from South Tyrolean master bakers, hearty homemade jams, cheese, bacon and ham from local dairies and farms. Fragrant coffee and tea, cereals, muesli and fresh fruit as well as egg dishes prepared à la minute on request.
The Kiendl is a real gourmet hotel in South Tyrol. In the evening we serve a four- to five-course menu. At the buffet you will find a selection of antipasti, vegetables and salads. Afterwards you can choose between 2 different starters and main courses. Finally, at the Hotel Kiendl in South Tyrol you will be served a tempting dessert or an exquisite cheese selection - on Sunday we offer a dessert buffet.
We recommend the right wine to go with your menu. At the Hotel Kiendl we offer various South Tyrolean wines - choose your favourite! Whether red or white, fruity or spicy, we have just the right drop for your meal. To help you get to know us, you can choose from over ten wines from South Tyrolean winegrowers in the open bar.
Important information: we do not offer gluten-free or vegan cuisine. We can only respond to food intolerances and allergies to a limited extent and within the framework of a hotel stay.
In our spacious restaurant area with its large Mediterranean Outdoor dining room (weather-independent with fixed floor to ceiling glass), in the modern dining room and in our two 19th century "Stuben", every guest will find his or her "favourite spot".
