Our cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions

for all bookings the following cancellation fees apply: A processing fee of 50€ is charged for each cancellation in addition to the following cancellation fees:

  • up to 30 days before arrival: no further cancellation fees will be charged, the remaining amount (deposit minus processing fee) will be refunded.
  • from 29 days before arrival to "no show" or early departure: 90% of the booking value will be charged

Before departure or during your stay something can happen, with our travel insurance you are financially protected.

We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.

As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance simply and safely online. There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005). Mandatory information according to EU Regulation No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council. Terms and conditions

  • "Hotel guests only": all hotel facilities are available exclusively to our guests with reservation.
  • The prices are per person and night (breakfast and evening menu depending on the offer booked).
  • From 1st january 2024 on the tourist tax to be paid per person and day (from 14 years) amount Eur 3.30.
  • Surcharges for short stays on public holidays are possible.
  • Arrival: Your room is ready for occupancy from 3 pm. We kindly ask you to check in with a valid identity card or passport of all persons. You are welcome to let us know your planned arrival time in advance. If you should arrive after 18 o'clock, we ask you to give us a short notice by telephone.
  • On the day of departure we ask for the room to be vacated by 10 am.
  • There is no refund for breakfast or dinner not taken and for unused services within the confirmed total price.
  • Room request: We ask for your understanding that we cannot confirm room numbers and floors. Of course we guarantee the booked room category.
  • Table request: We ask for your understanding that we cannot confirm table numbers. We are happy to meet your wishes on site according to availability.
  • The floor plans are schematic, small constructional deviations or deviations in the furnishings or orientation are possible.

Reservations and deposit

  • Reservations are binding: after your written booking with your address, after our written confirmation and after receipt of payment of the deposit in the indicated amount and within the indicated period.
  • Deposit of 30% of the total amount (unless otherwise stated in your holiday confirmation) within the specified period:
    - by direct debit with credit card
    - or by bank transfer
  • Travel cancellation insurance: You are certainly looking forward to your well-deserved holiday! Unfortunately, a lot can happen before arrival and during your holiday. Take precautions, avoid additional unpleasant cancellation costs and take out travel cancellation insurance.
  • Payment of the hotel bill in advance: bank transfer to our business account or credit card debit
  • Payment of the hotel bill on the spot: with EC card, VISA, Mastercard or cash (according to Italian regulations) are possible. We do not accept BUSINESS-Cards, miles&more, American Express or Diners. We are at your disposal for further information.
  • Discounts: please understand that we do not grant any special or early booking discounts outside the specified offer weeks. Hotel Kiendl offers high quality holidays at the best price with direct booking.
  • Please be informed that we do not invoice to countries extra EU.

Culinary and restaurant

  • Please understand that we can only respond to allergies and intolerances to a limited extent and by prior arrangement already at the time of your enquiry, as well as during a hotel stay. We do not offer vegan, lactose- free nor gluten-free meals.
  • Our restaurant is open in the evenings for guests with half board, we do not offer an à la carte service for reservations with breakfast. Participation in the evening menu is possible subject to availability, pre-booking and a fee.

General

  • We can only be held liable for damage that occurs during the use of the hotel's indoor and outdoor facilities, during hikes and other hotel events within the scope of the existing liability insurance. The place of jurisdiction is Italy.
  • Subject to changes, typesetting and printing errors. With this online price list, all other price quotations (print media or other price sources) lose their validity. VAT adjustments are possible without prior notice.
